Description
The Aspect Merlot is a wine with a red current nose, black plums, fresh fennel and sage. The palate is juicy fruit on the entry with a broad chalky tannin and fresh acidity bringing balance and length. With maturation the tannins will round and soften. The Aspect Merlot will mature for 10 years plus if you can cellar it.
